What you choose to share
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, suburb, project type, scope, stage and comments. It may include a plans link you supply, the source page, campaign tags present in the page address and your selected project inspiration. Please do not submit identity documents, card details, passwords or security codes.
How enquiries are used
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss a project and organise follow-up. Submissions are processed using Netlify Forms. Enquiries are not customer testimonials and are not published as portfolio content. Automatic CRM synchronisation and automatic email notifications are separate integrations; do not assume either is active simply because a form has submitted.
Portfolio photographs
The photo contribution page is for publish-ready images and descriptions, not confidential drawings. Uploaded links may be accessible to anyone who has the link. Supply only images you have permission to provide and include any required photographer credits. Submission does not publish a photograph automatically.
Saved ideas and external links
Saved project ideas are stored in your browser. They are included with an enquiry only when you choose to submit it. Phone, email and WhatsApp buttons open the relevant app or service. Following an external link is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Access or removal
Email Jayen to request access, correction or removal of information you have supplied. Provide enough context to identify your enquiry; do not send sensitive identity documents through this website.
Website source and optional analytics
When you submit an enquiry, it includes a website reference, the entry and enquiry pages, a referring website domain when available, and campaign labels. This helps us understand which work inspired you. Source information is not a guarantee of the visitor's original discovery channel.
Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, project comments and document or attachment links are used to respond to your enquiry and are not sent as website analytics event parameters. The site uses privacy-minimised first-party measurements for page, project, photograph and contact-button activity. These measurements use a random browser-session reference only and are stored separately from enquiry contact details.
Call, text, email and WhatsApp clicks show contact intent only. They do not prove a call connected or a message was sent. We do not record telephone calls through this website. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable the first-party analytics module.
We keep only short-lived navigation context in this browser session for attribution. Google Analytics remains disconnected until Jayen's own measurement configuration is connected and tested; if optional Google Analytics is enabled later, an analytics choice will appear.
